EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002. The definition of “Technical Instructions” is replaced by a definition referring to the 2009-2010 English language version of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation, as amended by Addendum No. 2/Corrigendum No.1 and Addendum No. 3/Corrigendum No. 2.
The opportunity has been taken to revoke the earlier Regulations by which the definition of “Technical Instructions” has previously been amended from time to time.
