98.  In Part 1A of Schedule 2 to the Courts Act 1971(1) (certain office-holders eligible for appointment as circuit judges) omit the entry for Member (excluding the President) of the Lands Tribunal appointed under section 2 of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949.
