In accordance with section 320(3) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008(1), a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 24 of Schedule 11 to that Act:
(1)
