97.  The Summary Appeal Courts (Amendment) Rules 2005(1) are hereby revoked.

S.I. 2005/1536: these Rules were made under section 83ZJ of the Army Act 1955 (c. 18), section 83ZJ of the Air Force Act 1955 (c. 19), section 52FP of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 (c. 53) and sections 111 and 132 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
