Amendment of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (Appointment of General Members) Regulations 2004

11.  In regulation 2(c) of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (Appointment of General Members) Regulations 2004(1) (general members of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland), for “entered on the British Psychological Society’s register of chartered psychologists” substitute “registered with the Health Professions Council”.
