Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 199739
In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997102 (exempted payments), the reference to a payment to or for the injured person under section 175 of AFA 2006 includes—
a
a payment under a compensation order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 5A to AA 1955 or AFA 1955 or of Schedule 4A to NDA 1957; and
b
a payment under an award of stoppages under any of those Acts.
