1. In Article 3(1) (direct and indirect discrimination against women)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (3)(a) omit “and”;
(b)after paragraph (3)(a) insert—
“(aa)Articles 30 to 32, except in so far as they relate to an excluded matter, and”.
