In so far as it is not already in force2, Part 5 of (and Schedule 8 to) the Housing Act 2004 (“the Act”) shall come into force on 6th April 2008.

The duties under sections 155 to 159 of the Act shall apply subject to the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 20073.
