Commencement
3. The following provisions of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 6th April 2008 to the extent not already in force—
(a)section 43 (sale etc. of knives and other weapons);
(b)section 51 (corresponding provision for Northern Ireland) in so far as it relates to the entry in Schedule 2 (weapons etc.: corresponding provisions for Northern Ireland) referred to in sub-paragraph (c);
(c)in Schedule 2, paragraph 11; and
(d)section 59 (limitation period for anti-social behaviour orders).
