The New Board shall prepare accounts in respect of each of the Abolished Boards and in respect of each of the Agency Administered Boards for the period up to the Commencement Date and shall ensure that these accounts are audited in the like manner and be subject to the like incidents and consequences as if this Scheme had not come into force.
