43.—(1) Schedule 8 to the 2002 Act is modified as follows:

(3) Omit paragraph 5.
(4) Omit paragraph 6(4) and (5).
(5) Omit paragraph 9(2)(b) and (c).
(6) In paragraph 15, omit subparagraphs (a) to (c) and (e) to (h).
