33.—(1) Section 28B of the 1971 Act(1) is modified as follows.
(2) Omit subsections (3) and (4).

Section 28B was inserted by section 129 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (c.33). It was amended by sections 144(1), (4) and 150(2) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (c.41).
