8. In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act(1) (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a)for “£180.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£185.00”; and
(b)for “£24.00” substitute “£25.00”.
Section 80 was repealed by Schedule 6 to the Tax Credits Act. Article 3 of S.I. 2003/938 saves the repealed provision in certain circumstances.
