Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tax Credits (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force—
(a)for the purposes of regulation 2(2) on 1st April 2008; and
(b)for all other purposes on 6th April 2008.
