Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(2) of the Local Government Act 19851 (“the Act”).
In accordance with section 29(3)2 of the Act, she has had regard to the number of local government electors in the areas of those constituent councils which appoint members of the Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Authority3.
In accordance with section 29(4) of the Act she has consulted with those constituent councils.
