The Dental Charges Regulations are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (calculation of charges)—
a
in paragraph (1), for £15.90 substitute £16.20;
b
in paragraph (2), for £43.60 substitute £44.60;
c
in paragraph (3), for £194.00 substitute £198.00;
d
in paragraph (4), for £194.00 substitute £198.00; and
e
in paragraph (5), for £15.90 substitute £16.20.

In Schedule 3 to the Dental Charges Regulations (Band 3 Charges – Provision of Appliances) for paragraph (a) substitute—
a
laboratory fabricated porcelain or composite veneers, including acid etch retention
