The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1)(a) and 17 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1) (“the Act”).
In accordance with section 51(3)(a) of the Act, this Order is made for the purpose of giving effect to a proposal for the establishment of a body corporate under section 16(1)(a) of the Act by the Learning and Skills Council for England.
1992 c.13; section 17(1) was amended by the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (c.30), Schedule 3, paragraph 7.
