7.—(1) Schedule 6 is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 4 delete paragraph (2).
(3) In rule 4(3) insert “Employment Judge or” after “stage 1 equal value hearing the”.
(4) In rule 4(4) and (7) insert “sub-” before “paragraph (3)(a)”.
