These Regulations replace Schedules 2, 3 and 7 to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England) Regulations 2006 (S. I. 2006/1471). The new Schedules incorporate a number of new and amended pieces of Community legislation that have come into force since those Regulations came into force.
