Amendments relating to the field of education and training

2.  In field 5 (education and training)(1) of Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the 2006 Act, after matter 5.17 insert—

“Matter 5.18

The provision of any of the following for children or young persons—

(a) facilities for social or physical training;

(b) educational activities.

In this matter “children” and “young persons” have the same meaning as in field 15.”

In the field of education and training, matters 5.1 to 5.10 were added by the National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence)(Conversion of Framework Powers) Order 2007 (SI 2007/910), matters 5.11 to 5.16 by section 27 of the Further Education and Training Act 2007 (c.25) and matter 5.17 by the National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Education and Training) Order 2008 (SI 2008/1036).
