This Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (‘the Act’). Article 2 of this Order substitutes the Schedule to this Order for Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation). The following table shows the changes that have been made to Schedule 2 by this Order.

Articles 3 and 4 of this Order omit from paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 to the Act a number of bodies that are no longer in existence.
Article 5 removes from Schedule 4 to the Act, the reference to the Mental Health Tribunal for Wales.
