Provisions coming into force on 2nd December 20083
The following provisions of the Act come into force in relation to England only on 2nd December 2008–
a
section 169(1) to the extent that it relates to the provisions in Schedule 1 specified below,
b
in Schedule 1, paragraph 54(5), (6), and (7), and, so far as relating to those sub- paragraphs, paragraph 53.
