Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 57(2)(b), 57(4)(b) and 72(3) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (1).
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
