The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1972 c. 68. The Secretary of State is the designated Minister for the purposes of these Regulations by virtue of S.I. 1981/1536 and S.I. 1983/1706.
