a
in subsections (1), (2), (2A) and (7) for “an adjudicator” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”;
b
in subsections (3) and (5) for “adjudicator” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”;
c
in subsection (3)(b) for “his” substitute “its”; and
d
omit subsection (4).
