Provisions coming into force on 1st April 20096

The following provisions of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 come into force on 1st April 2009—

a

sections 27(1) to (4) and 142;

b

section 48(1) to the extent that it relates the following paragraphs of Schedule 8—

i

paragraph 1; and

ii

paragraphs 43 and 55; and

c

in Part 1 of Schedule 23 the entries relating to—

i

the Taxes Management Act 197010;

ii

the Superannuation Act 197211;

iii

the Finance Act 197212;

iv

the Finance Act 198813;

v

the Finance (No.2) Act 199214;

vi

the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 199915;

vii

the Access to Justice Act 199916;

viii

the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, Etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 199917;

ix

the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 199918; and

x

Schedule 12 and Part 2 of Schedule 14 of the Constitutional Reform Act 200519.
