15.—(1) The Child Support (Information, Evidence and Disclosure) Regulations 1992(1) are revoked.
(2) The revocation of those Regulations shall not affect any request for information made before 27th October 2008 and those Regulations shall remain in force for the purposes of any proceedings under section 14A of the 1991 Act (information offences) in relation to any such request.
16. During the period from the coming into force of these Regulations to the date on which section 13 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008(2) (transfer of child support functions to the Commission) comes into force, any reference in these Regulations to the Commission is to be read as a reference to the Secretary of State.
