EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2786). The definition of “Technical Instructions” is further amended to refer to the 2009-2010 edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
