Amendment of regulation 3.B.5

62.  In regulation 3.B.5(7) (opting out of the scheme)—

(a) after “contribute to the scheme” insert “in respect of one or more employments as a practitioner under this Part must do so”; and

(b) before “may” insert “but”.
