The Secretary of State is satisfied that the National Consumer Council represents the interests of consumers and satisfies the other criteria published by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 11(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002(1). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Enterprise Act 2002, the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
