Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004
2.—(1) In regulation 4(1)(a) of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004(1) (the “principal Regulations”) after “Parts 1 to 8” insert “and 10”.
(2) After Part 9 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations add a new Part 10 as follows—
