Amendment of Schedule 2

14.  In Schedule 2 (determination of annual and initial payments)—

(a) in paragraph 1(2) omit the definition of “the certification date”; and

(b) for paragraph 10(ba)(1) substitute—

“(ba) for “regulation 17(2) and (3)” in each place, substitute “regulation 18(4)”;”.
