2.—(1) The Immigration (Notices) Regulations 2003(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “immigration decision” after “section 82(2)” insert “and (3A)(2)”.
(3) In regulation 5(1)(b) (contents of notice), for “or (j)” substitute “,(j) or (3A)”.
