Section 72 (offences outside the United Kingdom)
10.—(1) Section 72 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)—
(a)omit “or Northern Ireland”, and
(b)for “that part of the United Kingdom” substitute “England and Wales”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a)omit “or Northern Ireland”, and
(b)for “that part of the United Kingdom” substitute “England and Wales”.
(4) In subsection (3)—
(a)omit “or Northern Ireland”, and
(b)for “that part of the United Kingdom” substitute “England and Wales”.
