Amendment of section 55
20. In section 55 (interpretation), in subsection (1)—
(a)in the definition of “fully registered person”(1), after “14A,” insert “18A,”; and
(b)omit the definitions of “appointed member”, “appointing body”, “elected member” and “nominated member”.
