16. In paragraph (a) of the definition of “primary care list” in regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Local Pharmaceutical Services etc) Regulations 2006(1), for “primary medical or dental services” substitute “primary medical services, primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services”.
