Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997

2.—(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), for “£1,675” substitute “£1,745” in each place where it appears.

(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, for “£12,864” substitute “£13,397”.

(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 substitute the following table—
