The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 265A(6)(a) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1), paragraph 6(7) of Schedule 3 to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997(2) and paragraph 6(7) of the Schedule to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997(3).
