35. In regulation 7B(23) M1 (date from which a decision superseded under section 17 of the Child Support Act takes effect) in the definition of “benefit week” after “Income Support Regulations” insert “ , in relation to employment and support allowance has the same meaning as in regulation 2(1) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations ”.
