The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1).
In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act she has consulted such representative organisations as she thinks fit.
1995 c. 50; section 67(1) was amended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (c. 13), Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraphs 1, 33(1) and (2).
