1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries and Aquaculture Structures (Grants) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 20th June 2008.
2. In regulation 17(1) of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Structures (Grants) (England) Regulations 2001(3), for “the statutory maximum” substitute “level 5 on the standard scale”.

These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Aquaculture Structures (Grants) (England) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1117) to correct an error.
