72. In section 393 of the Communications Act 2003(1) (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (5), for paragraph (p) substitute—
“(p)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;
(q)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
