5.—(1) The Mayor shall appoint the other members of the Board with the approval of the Secretary of State.
(2) A person is to hold and vacate office as a member of the Board in accordance with the terms of his appointment set by the Mayor.
(3) Where a person has ceased to be a member of the Board during the period of his appointment, the Mayor may appoint another person for the remainder of that period.
(4) The Mayor may re-appoint a person to the Board.
(5) The Mayor may by giving notice in writing to a member remove him from office which shall then become vacant.
(6) A member of the Board may at any time, by giving notice in writing to the Mayor, resign his office as a member.
