Regulation 9 of the Religious Character of Schools (Designation Procedure) Regulations 199826 is amended in relation to England as set out in paragraph (2).

In paragraph (6)(a) of regulation 9, for “foundation governor” substitute “temporary foundation governor (within the meaning of Part 3 of the School Governance (New Schools) (England) Regulations 2007)”.
