9.  In regulation 1(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2006(1)—

(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;

(b)after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)for the purposes of regulation 6(a) on 1st April 2007; and”.
