8. In regulation 1(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (EEA Passport Rights) Regulations 2001(1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “UK investment firm”, after “investment firm” insert “(within the meaning of section 424A of the Act)”.
