Amendments to the Court Funds Rules 1987

9.  Rule 15 is amended as follows—

(a) omit rule 15(1)(iii)(a); and

(b) in rule 15(1)(iii)(b) for “CPR rule 37.3” substitute “CPR rule 37.2”.
