6. Where the Chief Inspector takes one of the steps mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) to (e) of section 83(1) of the Act in respect of the person's registration, information as to which of the steps he is taking, namely—E+W
(a)granting the person's application for registration;
(b)giving notice of her intention to cancel the person's registration;
(c)cancelling the person's registration;
(d)suspending the person's registration [F1, generally or only in relation to particular premises]; or
(e)removing the person from the register at that person's request [F2and,
in relation to a step mentioned in any of sub-paragraphs (b) to (e), the date on which the step was taken.]
