Commencement2
The following provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st April 2007—
a
section 14 (surcharge payable on conviction);
b
section 58(1) (minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to the provisions referred to in paragraph (c);
c
paragraphs 9 to 11, 30 , 49 to 53 and 63 of Schedule 10;
d
section 59 (transitional provisions) in so far as it relates to the provision referred in paragraph (e); and
e
paragraph 7 of Schedule 12.
