1.  This Order may be cited as the A46 Trunk Road (A46/M40 Junction 15 (Longbridge) Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 2007. and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.

2.  In this Order—

(i) “the new trunk roads” means the new highways which the Secretary of State proposes to construct referred to in article 2(2)(ii) of the A46 Trunk Road (A46/M40 Junction 15 (Longbridge) Bypass) Order 2007(1); and

(ii) “the trunk road” means the Stratford to Warwick Trunk Road (A46).

3.  The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Warwickshire County Council that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.
